500% APY and how it affects your tiers!

So you have been staking for our 500% APY special, what now? We have been in talks with multiple projects, and will have an IDO for our community to participate in shortly! Stay tuned into our socials for partnership and Launch announcements! If you have been part of our Telegram channel you will see there have been a number of questions around tiers, and how our first IDO will work. Here I will try to clarify a few points for you and have you up to speed for the first CoreStarter IDO!

Firstly, you will see that we have two staking options. One is the 500% APY and the second is our standard staking system with up to 75% APY. As our pages have said, our 500% APY is a promotion to say thank you to the community and early supporters of our project. This means being a promotion it will not contribute to your long term ‘pool weight score’ and tier access! BUT, no need to fear as the tiers in our first IDO will include the ‘pool weight score’ from this staking. Essentially that means that as long as you have staked until completion during our promotion (and have enough tokens) you’re guaranteed access to our first IDO. Then when your tokens are re-staked into our standard system the counter will go back to 0, this means that everyone is in the same boat so there are no advantages/disadvantages. If you are already staking in our standard system your score will continue to grow and be unaffected.

To determine your pool weight score, the best option is to head to our rewards calculator and put in the number of tokens you staked on your first transaction, then input the number of days they were staked for! An important note is that if you have staked multiple times only your first transaction will count towards pool weight score (you will still receive the 500% APY for ALL staked tokens). Example below, if you participated in our IDO and received 500 CSTR and staked for 30 days you would be in tier 1.
